Out of concern regarding our parking lots, sidewalks, and steps, tonight's Parent/Teacher conferences will be rescheduled.
HC and ED: Tuesday, Feb 13
EHS and ERLC: TBA
Due to this change, there will be no after school at HC on 2/13.
The Feb 15th conferences will go as scheduled at all 4 sites.
Due to the expected continuous snow fall through the night, ERPS will be closed on Monday, February 12th. Evening activities are NOT cancelled at this time.
We have exciting news! Rose Witcher is coming home!
The repairs have been completed and the plumbers, the City of El Reno, and ONG have all cleared the building for occupancy. On Monday, February 12th, RW students will report to the RW site for school as usual.
We cannot express our appreciation enough for the cooperation we received from the students, parents, and the community! A HUGE shout out to FBCER for their generosity and hospitality the past week!

Rose Witcher After School program will be closed on Friday, February 9th due to a previously scheduled event at Lincoln Learning Center.

ERPS parents and staff: As many already know, extensive issues were discovered at Rose Witcher Elementary this week. Unfortunately, the district has no option but to cease in-person instruction at the Rose Witcher site while repairs are made. Thankfully, the First Baptist Church has graciously offered the use of their facility so that we may proceed with in-person instruction.
On Monday, February 5th, Rose Witcher students will report to the First Baptist Church (541 Mercy Drive). The purpose of alerting all students is to make you aware that there will be an increase in traffic on 27th Street and the roadways leading to First Baptist Church, Lincoln Learning Center, and Roblyer Learning Center. The ONLY change for the students of Lincoln and Roblyer is the increase in traffic. Drop off and pick-up locations are not affected for these schools.
While this is an unfortunate event, we are so grateful we have the opportunity to proceed with in-person instruction. Your patience and cooperation are crucial in maintaining a smooth transition for everyone involved.

EHS baseball pancake and sausage breakfast will be Saturday Feb. 10th, from 8-11. See your favorite baseball player to get a ticket. Tickets will be available the day of for any last minute walk-ups.
