This page contains instructions for students who have never attended school in the El Reno District or attended previously but did NOT end the 2023-2024 school year at ERPS.
Step 1: The link below will take you to the Pre-Registration page to begin.
Enter the following:
student’s information
Grade Level
School Year – Please select carefully for the current year vs next school year
Household information- Use the physical address
Your email address
Validate your identity, then click on the APPLY TO SCHOOL button
Wait for your approval email to proceed. Registrations are approved Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:00 pm. Approvals can take 15 minutes up to the next business day depending on when you submit student information.
Step 2: Once your pre-registration is approved, an email will be sent to you at the email address you have provided. The email will include:

To make the process go smoother, please have a copy of your child's birth certificate, shot record, and proof of residence BEFORE you begin the enrollment process:
Proof of Residency
Immunization Records
New birth certificate/court documents (required)
Custody papers (if applicable)
CDIB Card
* Utility Bill, Rental Agreement, or Purchase Agreement. Utility Bill must be gas, water, cable or electric. Cell Phone or Cut-Off Notices will not be accepted.
